"State Farm has always taken care of my needs and my family's needs. Even in circumstances where claims were made for accidents where a family member was admittingly at fault the rates stayed fair and they were supportive. They remain high customer service with some of the best rates after all these years. Recently my family came into the care of Cassandra and her associates after our State Farm agent retired and everyone in the office is always timely when certificates of insurance are needed and they made sure the transfer happened seamlessly. They are all very friendly and helpful."
